Apply for admission to Holy Cross Academy through our online admission portal.
Parents are requested to follow the admission steps carefully.
Admission Process
ADMISSION PROCESS
Step 1 – Access the Admission Portal
Visit the admission portal or scan the QR code.
Step 2 – Login
Login to the admission portal.
Step 3 – Fill Basic Details
Fill in the required student details.
Step 4 – Receive Application Number
After submission, you will receive an Application Number for the child.
Step 5 – Complete Remaining Details
Login again using the application number and complete:
- Family background
- Sibling details (if studying in Holy Cross Academy)
- Upload required documents
Step 6 – Final Submit
Click Final Submit after completing all sections.
Step 7 – Download Form
A PDF copy of the admission form will be generated.
Step 8 – Interview
Bring a printed copy of the admission form during the interview.
Fee payment and reciept download process
Step 1 – Access Fee Portal
Click the Fee Payment link on the school website.
Step 2 – Enter Details
Enter your Registration Code (GR Number) for Primary/Secondary sections, or your Registered Mobile Number for the Pre-Primary section.
Step 3 – Verify & Pay
Verify the student’s name and payable amount. Click the Payment option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
Step 4 – Download Receipt
Once successful, click the Download icon on the portal to save your fee payment receipt for future reference.

Applicant’s Birth Certificate
Applicant’s Aadhaar Card
Father’s Aadhaar Card
Mother’s Aadhaar Card
Family Income Proof
Address Proof
Passport-size photograph of the applicant
Family photograph
Age Criteria (2026–2027)
Based on the Government Resolution dated 18 September 2022, a child should be 6 years old for admission to Standard I.
