On 1st September 2026, Holy Cross Academy, Kurla organised an important and insightful guest session, “The Fight Against Drugs”, conducted by Police Inspector Dipali Kulkarni and the team from Vinoba Bhave Police Station.
The session created awareness among our students about the dangers of substance abuse, the importance of making responsible choices, and the courage to say NO to drugs. Through meaningful guidance and real-life insights, our students were encouraged to understand the consequences of drug abuse and the role each one of us can play in building a safer and healthier society.
WHY MUST WE BE-E-WARE?
The learning continued with an equally insightful session on Cyber Security and Digital Awareness. Students explored the importance of staying vigilant in the digital world and learned simple yet effective ways to protect themselves online, safeguard their personal information, recognise potential cyber threats, and practise responsible digital behaviour.
From protecting our minds and bodies from harmful substances to protecting ourselves in the digital world, the message was clear:
BE AWARE. BE RESPONSIBLE. BE SAFE.
A heartfelt appreciation to Police Inspector Dipali Kulkarni and the team of Vinoba Bhave Police Station for empowering our students with knowledge that can help them make safer and wiser choices.
Say NO to Drugs.
BE-E-WARE in the Digital World.
Choose Awareness. Choose Safety. Choose Wisely
